Katie Manh is a wife, mother of four lively girls and a philanthropist with a passion for advocating for seniors. She is a thought leader in the field of senior care and thus launched Supportive Care Services Foundation to help disadvantaged seniors in her community with accessing quality healthcare.
Katie is actively involved in, and oversees the day-to-day foundation operations. She enjoys working directly with her clients and has considerable experience cultivating diverse community partnerships with a common purpose of providing life changing resources for seniors.
Ms. Belynn Lam has over three years experience working in serving the disinvested community as a social worker. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work at Cal State University of Los Angeles in 2019. Since, she started her career as a social worker serving the homeless population with partaking in the government pilot program HDAP. She has thorough experience with working with individuals experiencing crisis, and thorough knowledge of navigating the government welfares system. Ms. Lam is S.O.A.R certified by SAMSHA, and has 4 years experience with non-profit work. She is committed to serving those in need, and has committed to better serving the Orange County region with her role as Director of Social Services at The Supportive Care Services Foundation.
Jamie Slade has spent more than a decade, training, coaching and preparing volunteers to help address the special needs of seniors in underserved communities. She is passionate about philanthropy, volunteerism and charity, and sees the voluntary contribution of money, talents, and/or time as key factors in developing healthy vibrant communities.
Jamie’s leadership creates vibrant volunteer programs focused on fostering a culture of service, intended to help improve of the lives of seniors who may otherwise be prone to neglect.
Nguyet-Hanh Le has over three decades of experience working in the philanthropic field since 1976. She works tirelessly side-by-side with the community leadership and management teams to provide support to the seniors. Nguyet-Hanh plays a crucial role in bridging the cultural gap between the younger and older generations, especially within the Vietnamese community.
In 2013, Nguyet-Hanh received a gratitude appreciate recognition letter from the U.S. 46th District Congresswoman Lorretta Sanchez for her prolong volunteer work in the local communities.
She had also been rewarded the “Seniors making a difference” award from the U.S. 34th District Senator Lou Correa for serving the mutual communities which was nominated by the home health and hospice agencies.
